On January 9,2012 Komar Jiu Jitsu will be conducting a FREE womens’ self defense class. This class will run for 6 weeks and meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:15pm. The only thing you need to bring is a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn. You should wear comfortable clothing such as workout clothes. NO SHOES are permitted on the mat.
Komar Jiu Jitsu is located at 3330 Bargaintown Rd in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. We share space with Crossfit OTG. This class is geared to the beginners. Advanced Jiu Jitsu players are more than welcome and will probably learn a new trick or two.
