On May 6th Komar Jiu Jitsu traveled from Atlantic City NJ to Smyrna Delaware to attend a Royce Gracie seminar. Steve McGee, Jose Gonzales and I made the trip. We had a great time and learned some old and new self defense moves. He even taught a headlock escape that I’ve never seen. This move alone made the trip worth the time and money.
It was good seeing Royce who I haven’t trained with in 12 to 14 years. He still has his same sense of humor, which makes for a fun learning atmosphere.
