Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
The Techniques taught in this course are Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Combat techniques, not sports techniques. These combat techniques can be applied to the sports of MMA and BJJ, but when in a real battle, one must be aware of punches, kicks and other moves that may be illegal in sport.
Beginner Jiu-Jitsu is a beginner self-defense class along with learning the basics of sport Jiu-Jitsu.
All levels Jiu-Jitsu: is geared to sport Jiu-Jitsu and taught for people with a firm grasp on the basics.
No-Gi / Submission Wrestling: is Jiu-Jitsu without the kimono.
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu(GJJ) is considered to be one of, if not the most, effective form of self-defense. GJJ can be trained for self-defense, sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition. GJJ focuses on ground grappling and is based on technique, leverage, and balance. The finest aspect of GJJ is that anyone can become efficient at it. This art is widely practiced by males, females, and children alike. It does not matter if you are seeking to become a world champion or recreational practitioner, GJJ is for everyone.
